The "z" series camera I purchased will not down load on to my home computer. I tried Camera to usb, card reader to usb, Kodak machine at drug store. Then I go to Walgreens and use theirs, and it worked. I had to have them burned on a disk. Now I installed Kodak Picture software this heavy program bogged down my computer, and took for ever to load up. I know I have an adequate system to handle it. After all the money and time no the help line twice for a total of four hours, this was fruitless. I have since removed the software, and am happy to report every thing is working up to snuff. I have complaints in and still no help. read full review »
