I have been renting the hot water tank (almost brand new, just 6 months old) and has stopped working. When I called Direct Energy call center, 1st time the rep gave rude reply about self help (that never worked), 2nd time when I called, the rep statrted talking weird technical jargon and later hung up delibaretly. Seriously thinking of challnaging their monopoly, any one who is seller of the same boat? Can some of the public forum help?
