I ordered a week or 2 before Christmas. a month later I started looking into trying to get a refund even though after reading about the website it seemed impossible. 2 days after requesting a refund from rollies.com, they EMAILED me saying they wish people would stick to their orders because they pay for refunds and that it takes so long for them to order because they order from other vendors... whatever. I got a package from them 3 weeks later. I have to pick it up today. fingers crossed. read full review »
