I have placed orders for baby prodcts including a high chair. Lusso Baby's website showed that they had the items on stock. Their website seemed well designed, fairely priced and showed inventory on stock. 1st complaint: when the order confirmation arrived, I realized that a subcontractor, CymaxStores.com was now responsible for my order (if you call their 1800 number, you wait FOREVER to speak to someone.
