I booked a cruise with onlinevacationcenter.com I was given a "firm" price, category, and cabin number by the agent. The price included $100.00 that was an "administrative fee" for "book keeping purposes only" that was to be charged and credited to my account all on the same day. It was not done as promised. I had to call several times over a few months to get the credit properly applied to my account. I also asked several times for an accounting in writing of my cruise details. Hampton Bay Solar Lights

Hampton Bay pagoda 3 tier walk lights

I purchased the Hampton Bay 10 pack pagoda 3 tier aluminum walk light model #982 888 less than 1 year ago. We started having problems almost immediately and that should have been a clue to return them to Loews where they were purchased. Now almost a year later and more than half of the units are inoperable, and no response from Hampton Bay, we feel STUCK with the JUNK! I will try to return to Loews, however I don't feel very optimistic. PUBLIC BEWARE. DO NOT BUY HAMPTON BAY PRODUCTS! And, I guess, be very careful what you buy in Loews. read full review »
