Yeah to everyone voicing their complaints--I too have been a victim of Shopping Essentials Plus--and after reading all the complaints about them all over the internet, I was ready for the fight. I called today, and after a lengthy hold time, was helped very professionally, courteously, and promptly. They reveresed all the charges (6 months worth) without any question or hassle.
