Direct tv claims service is hardly ever disrupted by weather. This is a blatent lie. I live in the Chicago area and frequently when it is rainy windy or snowy, my service is interupted. The last straw is now. My service has been down for the=ree days and when I called for service I was told I would have tomwait two weeks. The service reps on the phone all had different theories for why my service was down. None of which helped. I was told if I canceled I would owe a cancellation fee of $480. This is an example of corporate greed and short sightedness. I doubt they will be in business within the next 24 months. read full review »
