I called in my order as the person I was sending the gift to lives an hour out of Vancouver and I wanted an assurance that they would receive this birthday gift on time. I was told there would be no problem to deliver on the day I requested. 1) Sadly, the item was not delivered on the requested day. 2) Customer service said they called me to advise of the delay.
