I think the power play is bullcrap...it's a rip off! I was never asked once to sign a contract or even if I wanted to be a powerplayer. I simply handed my card to the cashier with the 3 movies that I wanted to rent. She simply said "you know that you can rent 3 movies for $15...well duhhh the are $5 each to rent. Next time I went in to get movies I was not charged and that's when she had told me that I pay for the power play fee. Huh...since when did I agree to do this.
