I made a mistake on our 2007 taxes, and the IRS said we owed a lot of money (19, 000 or so). We also hadn't paid our 2008 taxes, but didn't owe much for them. I contacted this business because I had heard of her and she had been on various legitimate tv programs. At my first call, I was told by the intake person that he had contacted an attorney with my info after I gave it to him, and we were not eligible for anything but a payment agreement.
