I was trying to download adobe reader and acrobat, and they popped up on my computer saying they were going to help me install, but they did nothing nowhere on the program did they tell me it was going to be a $70.00 charge. I called them when their phone number showed up on my Bank Statement, and I was told that there was a 7 day clause, and I could no longer recieve my money back. I told them that I was on a limited income, but they said that the 7 day stood and would not be refunded. I told them that I got an error message on my computer... read full review »
