Like several complaints listed here, I also ordered a free trial of the Acai berry last Spring 2009, found a charge on my credit card for 29.99 for another order. I called and canceled this and have the documentation of the call. Since I get paperless billing and do not use this card, I just discovered that the "Fit Factory" or "Hub Healthy" charge was continued to be charged against my card after I clearly discontinued it quite a while ago.
