On 14 December, 2009 I ordered a microwave oven and a luggage set as Christmas Gifts while shopping online. I paid over $75.00 for delivery and never received the luggage set which was not the set I wanted to start with. I ordered an alternate three piece set to give to my daughter for Christmas. My checking account was charged on 16 Dec. and the microwave arrived two days later, but no luggage.
