I ordered and paid for a pair of Ruby Slippers from Fairy Dust Shoes for my daughter's 18th birthday in October 2009. I converted the US size into UK and ordered the size my daughter usually takes. The shoes arrived and were too small. I contacted the owner of the company to explain that I would have to return them, ordered a size up and asked her how much extra money she needed sent to forward the re-order.
