Beware of SCAM. I was working with this company that posed as a "Non Profit Organization". They charged me up front, which I found out was illegal for loan modifications, and ended up not getting me a modification and not refunding me any money. They do not offer a refund policy at all. I was nervous signing up with them at first, knowing that they would be taking money out of my bank account each month.
