My computer security Norton 360 came up for renewal advertised at £56.51, 24 Jan 2010, so I agreed to renew.It went through to my Credit card accouint as £64.99.This is an absolute con.No explanation, no ability to access.Downloads are useless, you're better off with a disc.I will keep on trying to get through to Semantec until they answer me.If Semantec get this please answer my complaint.I want a refund or I will discontinue with this servive.I can get it cheaper as a disc. read full review »
