Avoid this shop. Made repairs without authorization. Failed to contact me prior to working even though I gave them my business card and cellphone number. Failed to perform the work I asked. Were rude when I paid. Stated they did exactly what I asked. Unbelievable!!! It is common practice to provide an estimate in any automotive shop, yet they felt it was okay to call my office (Not the numbers I gave them.) and leave a message on a coworkers voice mail stating the truck was done. Avoid this shop and save yourself the troubles. Go to the many fine shops in Logan instead. read full review »
