BEWARE - DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY New ID claim to be a national reputable company who do makeover and photoshoots. I have to say the initial experience was ok at the studio, but then once you have parted with your money (and lots of it) for the photos they are awful. My photos were delivered, they hadn't been retouched as agreed. You cant get an answer at all on the customer services help line, but amazingly if you phone the booking line they answer immediately!.
