In October I ordered boots $85 boots from this company and they sent me a pair of mis-matched boots! when i sent them an email asking if they could send me a new pair and a return label so that I could send the 1st pair back, they refused...stating it was the "customers responsibility" to pay for returns (which was contrary to what their website "pledges")reluctantly (despite feeling that they should pay the costs because they sent me 2 differant boots! ) I paid the $35 shipping costs to return the boots back to CHINA...Til... read full review »
