I had a bad experience with Orange UK, who promised £5 free credit on my pay-as-you-go welcome pack and never delivered. The conditions of the promotion were to request a free sim and to top-up £10 within 7 days of connection before 31 December 2009. I have done this and since then I called Orange 3 times asking about this free credit. Their overseas call centre people seem to believe they are in counselling since they keep repeating "Don't worry, don't worry!" without doing anything - needless to say no credit... read full review »
