I had an old post paid number.It was in service for the last FOUR years. Later I expressed the desire to change it to prepaid number keeping the number same. I paid the charges plus the documents and later I I recharged it for Rs.500/- The phone was under whole life incomming free scheme. Later when I I left for Australia, the phone was disconnected without any refund, explaination or any reason given for the disconnection.
