Last week I experienced virus problems. I contacted Norton and was given pin number 194194. The case number was 497286038. I received phone calls which seemed to emanate from India, judging by the accents of the helpful operators. I was asked to make a payment which I did, by credit card and then as I had another commitment it was agreed that they would telephone me the next morning at an agreed time.
