Back in January a payment was taken from my bank account, $34.99, bank converted the amount to pounds, the reference number was 1-877-290-461 GB, and i think i authorised that payment but i didn't agree to multiple amounts to be withdrawn from my account, as whatever company it was has just taken another payment from my account.
