American Freight

I went into American Freight December of 2008 and purchased 7, 000.00 worth of furniture and paid cash. When the furniture was delivered an end table was missing all the legs. The box was open and had been obviously a display. I was told that it was impossible to be a display and that the legs would be ordered. (it never was) The mattress and box springs were NOT what I had ordered. The manager would not refund them. Or even exchange them. The head office here in Ohio wouldnt do anything eaither. Blue Hippo

I was going to order a computer through Blue Hippo and gave them my information in December of 2008. In Feburary of 2009 I cancelled my order and as agreed I purchased a camera through them with the money they had from me. I even sent in another 67.00 to close down the account and bring everything current. As of Feb. 04, 2010 I have no camera. I call and I get the same story over and over. It will be sent out as soon as the system releases it. I ask to talk to a supervisor and I am told that there is none. It has been over a year. This is the worst company EVER!! read full review »
