This is my e-mail record of what happened when I sent back the hard drive 1 week after I received it. It failed within a week! "Hi Richard, I recently received the replacement hard drive from Iomega. Although you sent me the hard drive in record time. 3 business days, the drive is incorrect!!!. The serial number on the case is TJA91822BA the drive is only a 1 TB drive and not a 1.5TB which was the original of my drive.
