I called this company on 1/7/09 and was told that they would cancel any future orders and would refund my credit card within 4-5 days. I returned the product on 1/7/09 and had delivery confirmation from USPS that it was delivered to them on 1/9/09. On 1/16/09 my credit card was charged $78.81 again which is $83.80 minus the shipping charges of $4.99. When I had called the first time the person I spoke to wanted to know if the cost of the product was too high and was willing to negotiate for a lesser charge.
