I've called the Advanced Wellness Research number on three different occasions. On all three occasions the customer service staff was rude to say the least and when you ask for a supervisor, there is never one available. Funny, they didn't have a problem deducting $78.81 from my account for the product after I had "cancelled" my order (they gave me a confirmation number and everything) but they sure as hell are having a problem reversing the charge.
