I got an Air Tel pre- paid connection (9816817348) on 3rd Dec., 2009 after giving address proof to the retailer. The connection was activated with in 2 days. Suddenly the out going calls were not allowed in this connection. I have sent series of mails to Air tel on 29th Jan., 01 Feb, 02 Feb and 04 Feb, 2010 and registered a complaint in the costumer care ( Complaint No. 0128353579 ) . I was assured to activate it by 01st Feb, 2010. Two months have been elapsed and I am still deprived of the services.
