I am an unfortunate consumer of Sony Ericsson Mobile phone, model no. G700 which I bought immediately after it was launched in Sep '08. About 2 months afterwards, one of the keypad LEDs went off. I however did not raise a complaint thinking it was a minor matter. However some months more later, other problems started up like the mobile not taking charge, touch screen faulty etc. Finally I took it to the service centre in Sep'09.
