I ordered three samples of acai products and they said it would take 3-5 business days to get to me. It is now 11 business days later, still no samples and my bank account has been debited $240. I have contacted this number: 08082389891 and the guy said that I had 15 calendar days after purchasing the samples to cancel. I did not know I had to cancel anything, and how would I know if I liked the products or not if I never received them. He also said that he would have the refund department contact me.
