My friend & i were made to believe we could order this product for free, paying the shipment fee only. How so wrong we were!! They have taken £280 from my friends account without further contact to her & told her that she should have cancelled the order. We did not see anything to this effect when we placed the order, so please read other web sites before you order. Does anyone know if & how we can get the money back? read full review »
