Amazon is allowing their sellers to list just ordinary books that there are thousands of as Collectible at prices that are in some cases 1000% or more than what others are selling the same book for. Apparently with Amazon anything goes these days as long as they can make money off of it. If you are looking for a true collectible read the descriptions very carefully and check on sites like abebooks.com to compare before buying.
