I had purchased 5 Airtel DTH connections for my residential use on August 2nd 2009. However, since then I have been having many problems with the Set Top Boxes supplied. In the last six months many problems have been reported to Airtel DTH Customer Care. Firstly, they call back and fix a time they would come to rectify the problems and then they don't turn up.
