This is Mangesh Hendre, currently live out of the country. My mother lives in Kalyan (Thane, Maharashtra, India) and MSEB is the electricity provider for our area. I use my HDFC online Utility Bill payment facility to pay the electricity bills. I paid my electricity bills for months of Nov'09 and Dec'09 on Jan 13th 2010 (together for both months Rs. 1630.00).
