I decided to change cellphone companys about a month ago and when i transfered my phone number to my new phone my old phone got turned off. now i am trying to cancel my old plan over the phone and it is next to impossibe because i dont have an active line. they need to make it easier to just talk to a live person instead of trying to navigate through the options.
