Never rely on customer service for HP products in Ireland! The amount of misinformation I have ben given is off the charts! I only wanted to repair my laptop under warranty, however I have not received it yet after 6 weeks and I have been waiting numerous times at home for the courier as advised by the staff with no result! I don't know when i will get it and there is only so much patience I can have! Also the complaints department failed in offering a quick solution! read full review »
