Acai berry pure is refusing to give me a full refund on a product I ordered January 23rd 2010. They claim you need to cancel within 14 days of product order. I attempted to call on february 5th with no answer, I then called on february 6th-exactly 2 weeks after the initial order and they claim I am not eligible for a full refund. They claim I am past the 14 days-which I am not. I repeatedly tried to explain to them I was within the time frame with no results.
