I made a purchase from jmarkzfashion.com two months ago which took one month to receive however it was wrong order and wrong size after sending it back i was assured that they had my original order in stock and that they would send it.however that never never happened instead they have given me a different excuse each time that talk to them first they told that didn't have my size and would have it the following week then they told me that were waiting for it to pass through customs i asked for a refund because it is plain to see that they can not produce my order however they refused now to make matters worse they have changed their phone number. read full review »

This software outfit, based in Belarus, is running a renewal scam on SEOs who buy their software. What they are doing is including a limited subscription update of search engine information in the purchase. However when the subscription runs out, the software is blocked by them, stops using search data altogether. The annual renewal fee is equivalent to the purchase price of the software itself. This is a horrible company. avoid them. They charge your card three to four times as much as originally agreed to. I wish I would have read this first. They ruined my Christmas dinner by wiping out my checking account with fees I DID NOT agree too. On top of that they did not have the arrangement that I ordered and, when I called about all the charges, they didn't try to even make it right. Being a customer service rep, I can verify that they are a horrible company with horrible customer service!
