we signed up wiith the clear cut expectations of lower rates and refund of our deposit if & when we cancelled service. the company is not running an ethical business, they bill you at higher than agreed rates, bill you for inflated time and now they are refusing to refund in cash and instead are offering refund only in calling card money. read full review »
