NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM JANOME BEWARE!!! I can tell you right now don't buy a Janome Magnolia. Defective right out of the box and only get excuses from the dealer and no help at all from Janome. Purchase Date: 10/29/2008 I was told the belt was too tight, GUESS WHAT IT ISN'T WORKING. Even the repair person said it didn't sound right when sewing.
