I am another unsatisfied customer with American Home Shield. The customer service for this company is just terrible. They really don't care if you are having a repair problem or not. I had a dishwasher that had been not draining properly and had to pay a $50 service fee a total eight times. By the time you add up this up I paid over $400 to get my dishwasher repaired.
