I think the company should get the people answering the phones and their supervisors more intelligent replies. Not just, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't do anything more to help you" or "I understand ma'am". When they neither understand nor do they care. They want me to wait 2 weeks for a person to come to line up the dish with the satelite even though their bad installation plus the wind is the cause of the problem.
