We had purchased a Maruti Ambulance Van on 30/04/09 with engine No:-F8BIN4106721 and chassis no. MA3EVB11S01107399 from M/S Harisons Auto Mobiles G.T. Road Panipat vide bill no.:- VSL09000110 dt. 30/04/09. Engine of the van was opened at the same dealers work shop on 06/01/2010. Opening of engine with in period of nine months shows a serious manufacturing defect. You are requested to throughly investigate and look into this matter as special case.
