The worst hotel on the planet. Billed as an extended stay. Day 2 of my stay I woke at 6 a.m. to get ready for work. There was no hot water, I called the front desk to see what was wrong, I was told that there was a leak in the hotel and a plumber would be here in a "few" hours. There are emergency plumbers everywhere in the US why wasn't one of them called? I asked for a refund for the rest of the week to get a new hotel and was told "we don't give refunds" I missed work which cost me more than my entire week at the hotel. read full review »
