The KFC in Knysna has really gone downhill. Their food tastes nothing like the KFC brand -it's asif they've changed the recipe - oily, gross, old stale rolls & very little mayo. Their chips were old (probably the previous days') and the service we got! The lady was having a very bad day and let everyone know it... slapping their food on the counter, banging things around like she was really annoyed at having to serve us... very bad customer service! read full review »
