The Smartcard Machines located at Andheri Station - East, always have one or two strangers using the same. It has been noticed they pose as Railway staff or some authority given to them by the Railways. They try to assist and help passengers when there are long queues, but at the sametime it has been found there is some foul play by these people. I have an incidence to quote that last month one of my relatives had a smartcard. One of those strangers try to help her out with her card and book a ticket for her.
