THis company supplies a free bottle, you pay shipping. If you do not call to cancel by the end of the 14th day, they charge you 83.17 on the 15th day. THe phone number listed on the pending charge on my account is 866-633-6706. The phone number is no longer in service. I hunted them down on the web. The correct number is 1-866-949-0138.
