Anyone know who to contact at Netflix about this? I'm so tired of getting movies that garble half way through. Netflix needs to clean the DVDs before sending them out. Seems that this should be a basic part of the service, delivering a DVD that plays all the way through. I keep reporting this as damaged discs and never get a response or acknowledgement. Seems that Netflix isn't too concerned with delivering a quality experience. read full review »
