I purchased a Fortec Star satellite receiver in December after the sales pitch claimed that you simply plug in a hard drive via the USB in the front panel and you can pause and record live TV. I couldn't get it to work so contacted the supplier who tried a couple of things with no success. They contacted Fortec Star but eventually gave up trying to get them to sort the problem out and even gave me the mobile phone number of the UK boss as they were so fed up with the lack of service.
