I went into Wendy's on 1400 N. Trenton, in Ruston, La. As I stood to the side waiting on my food, a lady with a name tag that said Shay, Manager walked by me to clock in. This lady reeked of marijuana, she obviously tried to cover it with perfume, but that did not help. After going to the back to put away her things, she went to the fry station to work. She was working beside the head manager. Surely if I could smell it, the head manager could too. I am wondering when did it become okay to work under the influence.
